A quality control platform for building industrial plants: one system for every party in a multi-phase, gated construction project, from the engineering office to inspectors in the field.
Problem
A plant is built in several phases by many parties, with a gated process between the phases and a high cost for every mistake that slips through a gate. Each party ran its own checks in its own tools, and the people on site were the last to see the current state.
Solution
We built one platform for every role in the process. Each project gets its own configured workflow, and decision trees built on multiple parameters define what has to be inspected, by whom, and what evidence closes a step, so a gate cannot be passed with an open item. Progress and overall performance are visible per project and per phase in the same place. The result: fewer mistakes reaching the gates and a gated process running on one shared state instead of each party's own version of it.
