Timeplanned: Scheduling and Billing SaaS for Private Instructors
Our own product: a scheduling and billing platform for private teachers, tutors, and trainers. Recurring lessons, attendance tracking, and automatic month-end billing at a flat $9.99/month with a 60-day free trial.
Problem
Private instructors run their teaching through spreadsheets and chat threads. Scheduling is the easy half; the hard half is money — month-end amounts have to account for cancellations, makeup lessons, visit packs, subscriptions, and one-off payments, and one wrong number means an awkward conversation with a student.
Solution
We designed and built Timeplanned end to end as our own product: a .NET 9 backend with domain-driven design and immutable record entities, a React 19 frontend, PostgreSQL underneath. Recorded attendance turns into correct month-end billing automatically. GDPR was designed in from day one — per-student consent records and one-click data export and erasure, including minor students with guardians.
